Create a batch order in your dashboard (Connect). Tags are generated per variant, or one shared tag per colour.

Tags per batch
Every production batch has its own tags, so a product can be traced back to the batch it came from.
A record of the batch
When a batch order is confirmed, its passport data is stored as it was at that moment. Later edits do not change it.

Do we need GTINs?
No, but if you have them we use them. A GS1 Digital Link address can carry your GTIN and a serial number.
One tag per item, or one per colour?
Both. Unique tags give each item its own owner. A shared tag per colour lets many people save the same product, useful when items are not individually serialised.
Do owners need an app?
No. A scan opens the passport in the browser. Owners who register can also use the Booomtag app.
Can our own label supplier add the tags?
Discuss this with us per project. We supply tags, and we can work with your supplier's labels when the codes come from Booomtag.
