Does a finder see the owner's details?
No. The finder sees that the product is lost and can leave their own contact details for the owner.
Does it track the product?
No. Lost & found works when someone scans the code of a product its owner marked as lost. It does not track location or guarantee a return.
QR or NFC?
Both work, and you can use both on one product. QR costs nothing to print; NFC adds a tap, and hard tags suit gear that takes knocks.
