The buyer opens their profile code in the app.

The seller scans that code and picks the product.

Ownership moves only when the buyer accepts. Until then the seller keeps it.

Does Booomtag run a resale marketplace?
No. Owners sell where they want. Booomtag moves the registration and history to the new owner.
Is repair booking built in?
Not today. You link your own repair service or partners on the passport.
Do owners get a reward for recycling?
That depends on the collection point and the programme behind it. Rewards are not available everywhere.
Can we see what happens to products at end of life?
When owners remove a product they can give a reason, such as sold, recycled or broken. You see those reasons in the dashboard.
